Returns and Refunds

Legal Right of Withdrawal 

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Products that have come into contact with animals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you receive your order

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Exceptions to Return Rights:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following products after opening or use:

  • Pet beds, houses, and cushions

  • Toys that have been used or come into contact with animal saliva

  • Textile products (harnesses, clothing) that have been used

  • Bowls and feeders after use

Return Process:

  1. Contact us through the website contact form within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Pack the product in its original packaging

  4. Ship the product to the address we provide

  5. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund your payment within 14 days

Refund Processing:

We will refund your payment using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately. In this case, we will provide a replacement product or full refund including shipping costs.
